Hi! My name is Jerin Mathew Thomas. As a Global Mission Catalyst, I have a deep desire to pursue the missional heart of God. In this pursuit, I want to enrich, equip, and mobilize the church for global mission, reaching the unreached with the love of Jesus Christ.

 

Before joining the reKindle team, God led me to serve in many roles over the past ten years with Inter Collegiate Prayer Fellowship (ICPF) in India and the Arabian Gulf. I also served as the Youth Pastor at the Kerala Christian Assembly in Toronto for four fruitful years.

 

Born in India and raised in Kuwait, I recognized God's irresistible call on my life as a teenager. As a result, I committed my life for full-time ministry and completed bachelor's and master's degrees from New Theological College, Dehradun, and Union Biblical Seminary, Pune. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate in Homiletics from Biola University, LA. I am a licensed worker with the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

 

I am happily married to Nisy, and together we have two lovely children - Jaydin and Hosanna. I am a foodie and a die-hard fan of my wife's cooking. I love trying out different cuisines but am always on the lookout for a new variety of biriyani (Indian dish). Besides, I enjoy traveling, sports, photography, and anything coffee.
